Job Description:
Join SJSU as the Accounts Receivable Director and play a pivotal role in managing Student Financial Services and University Collections, fostering a culture of exceptional service, compliance, and innovation. Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President of Finance and Business Services, you will oversee critical functions including student accounts, cashiering, collections, and the university ID card program. This leadership role involves shaping and enforcing policies, enhancing systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy, and maintaining compliance with university, state, and federal regulations. By driving operational excellence and implementing best practices, you will make a meaningful impact on our students and campus community.
The anticipated annual salary for this position is $145,000 – $153,000 based on experience.
