Another Source’s client, CSU Long Beach, is recruiting an Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems to join their team working in a hybrid capacity, working 4 days on the campus and 1 day remote once training is complete.

As the Associate Director of Financial Aid Systems, you’ll provide leadership and oversight to staff in support of the CMS Financial Aid Module and fiscal operations of a comprehensive student financial aid delivery system that administers over $400 million annually. The position provides strategic direction and guidance on the utilization of existing and deployment of new technologies to achieve optimal quality of service, and leads process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Associate Director also employs project management skills to facilitate operational objectives, and oversees required statistical data and financial reporting activities you’ll be instrumental in enhancing the lives of our military-connected students while building programs that make a lasting difference.
