About the role:
The Facilities Services Maintenance Manager (FSMM) leads the daily operations of building maintenance for both on-campus and off-campus locations, including Borleske Stadium and the Johnston Wilderness Center. This role ensures the functionality, safety, and efficiency of college facilities while managing a dedicated team of twelve maintenance professionals.
As a key leader, the FSMM develops and administers policies, procedures, and processes that support the maintenance functions of Facilities Services. The role also plays an integral part in planning, designing, and managing new construction and remodeling projects to align with institutional goals.

The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is $80,000- $87,000 based on experience.
