Expected salary range for this position is $58,987 – $71,000 depending on experience.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant is a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Director as well as the Senior Leadership team. This individual will also act as a liaison to the Board of Directors. The position requires a proactive and highly organized professional who thrives in a mission-driven, results-oriented, and community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, adaptability, and a keen ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership. Professionalism, discretion, and the capacity to manage sensitive information will be essential in this position.
