This high-impact role focuses on securing gifts of $50,000 and above, while strengthening alumni relations, donor outreach, and strategic communications.

As a key member of the University Development team, the Senior Assistant Dean collaborates closely with the College Dean, faculty, and staff, as well as colleagues across Pacific’s three campuses. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in major gift development, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead collaborative, results-driven fundraising initiatives.
The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $115,000 - $135,000 annually based on experience.
