About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President of Development, the Executive Director of Estate and Planned Giving leads a strategic, university-wide planned giving program grounded in industry best practices. This role oversees the work of two team members and is responsible for managing a personal portfolio of prospects, as well as collaborating with gift officers to secure legacy gifts.
In addition to frontline fundraising, the Executive Director develops and executes targeted marketing strategies to engage alumni, donors, and friends of the University—elevating awareness of planned giving opportunities and strengthening long-term philanthropic support.
The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $145,000 annually based on experience.
