Description: What you'll be doing

Another Source’s client, Washington State University Vancouver (WSUV), is recruiting a Campus Registrar to join their Enrollment team in Vancouver, WA. You'll have the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team spanning registrar, veterans' affairs, and one-stop student services while modernizing enrollment operations and improving the student experience.

Here’s a little about Washington State University Vancouver and the position they are recruiting for:

WSU Vancouver is the second-largest campus in the WSU system, serving more than 3,500 students on a stunning 351-acre site with views of Mount Hood and Mount St. Helens. Known for its close-knit, supportive community, WSUV combines the resources of a major research university with the feel of a smaller campus where collaboration and student success are at the center of everything. The Campus Registrar is a visible campus leader, shaping enrollment services, student records, and commencement experiences while ensuring students, staff, and faculty have the support they need to thrive.

Summary of the Role

At Washington State University Vancouver, the Campus Registrar is a strategic leader focused on student experience, service innovation, and cross-campus collaboration. You’ll oversee registration and academic records but also lead the Cougar Center (one-stop enrollment services) and Veterans Affairs educational benefits, shaping how students interact with WSU systems and support structures. You'll have a visible seat at the table, contributing to enrollment strategy and institutional planning with room to leave your fingerprints on long-term solutions.

15% Recruitment and Retention

  • Support recruitment and retention by developing, implementing, and evaluating admission, registration, orientation, and advising processes.
  • Liaise with Air Force and Army ROTC programs at the University of Portland to facilitate enrollment for WSU Vancouver students.
