UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) is the lifelong learning arm of UC Davis, serving more than 55,000 learners annually and offering one of the most diverse program portfolios in the University of California system. CPE supports regional, national, and global learners through pre-college programs, workforce development, international education, professional training, and instructional services for campus academic units. With 180 employees and approximately 1,700 instructors, CPE is a global leader in continuing and professional education.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Applications Management, this role will provide business systems analysis, project support, and technical consultation to drive technology solutions, business intelligence, and project management advancements across the division. The position plays a critical role in evaluating business needs, developing system requirements, identifying technical solutions, and supporting application enhancements across multiple platforms.
The analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into system requirements, improve operational efficiency, implement and enhance enterprise applications, and support the university’s mission through data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership, and contributing to business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000- 95,000.
