This position is primarily onsite, with the opportunity for a flexible hybrid schedule of one remote day per week after 90 days of employment.

About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing projects to life and making a measurable impact. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, the Annual Giving Associate serves as a key contributor to Sacramento State’s annual giving efforts by coordinating fundraising campaigns, managing donor engagement activities, supporting data and reporting functions, and ensuring operational excellence across annual giving initiatives.
Working closely with annual giving and advancement professionals, this role will help execute multichannel fundraising campaigns, support donor stewardship efforts, coordinate Athletics annual giving activities, and provide the operational backbone that helps fundraising programs succeed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing project coordination, relationship management, data analysis, and communications in a mission-driven environment.
