About the Role & Key Responsibilities: 

In this role, you’ll lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and partner across departments to ensure we stay accountable to our mission and goals. As the AVP of Institutional Effectiveness You will: 

  • Champion accreditation and compliance efforts, serving as our liaison to SACSCOC. 
  • Lead and inspire a team that manages strategic planning, research, outcomes assessment, grants, and data-driven improvement. 
  • Coordinate institutional surveys, reports, and planning tools that help us understand and elevate student and program success. 
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership, faculty, and staff to build a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and growth.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Accreditation experience, especially with SACSCOC. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience 
  • Deep organizational and analytical skills. 
  • A passion for digging into institutional data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into action. 
  • Ability to lead a team, manage budgets, and navigate complexity with clarity and empathy.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000/ year
